From the exhibit floor to the technical and management sessions, the foundry show contains plenty of reasons to attend. Former U.S. Secretary of State and CIA Director Mike Pompeo headlines this year’s keynote sessions with a talk on “Leadership in Uncertain Times.” AFS Past Chair Mike Lenahan, executive vice president industrial sales, Badger Mining Corp., will deliver the 2024 Hoyt Memorial Lecture: “Embracing Adversity––Mining the Riches from Life’s Challenges.” Completing the keynote lineup, Meridith Elliott Powell, author and business growth strategist, presents, “Successful Succession Strategies for Manufacturers of Every Size.”
