Cast Pan Adds Edge to Baking

Cast in aluminum, measuring 9 x 12 x 2 in., and launched in 2006, the Baker’s Edge brownie pan adds two extra edges to every serving of brownies. According to the company, the “pan’s patented sidewalls also improve baking performance by circulating heat evenly to the pan’s middle, where food typically takes longer to bake.”

Baker’s Edge also produces a similar cast aluminum lasagna pan and a cast aluminum muffin pan.
